A qualified Assessor, Hiring Manager, Outplacement coach, and Associate Consultant for 4 outplacement companies, Jo has managed help desks, provided global coaching and supported thousands of employees. Founded and managed Redeployment Programmes and provided dedicated Career Support for multi-million-pound companies.
It all started twenty-five years ago when Jo had a lightbulb moment after attending Assessor Training, sparking a passion that has driven her ever since. This passion ultimately led her to establish Vale Career Consulting 6 years ago, where she now shares her practical and insightful expertise. Today, Jo is renowned for providing clients with clear, confidence building and successful direction to achieve career goals.

Individual Coaching Sessions
If you don't really need the full Essentials Plus package but wish to focus on one or more particular topics, you can build your own tailored approach to career consultation.
Starting with a free initial 'meet and greet' to discuss and identify which services would benefit you most and get any questions answered about the services I offer.
We will work together to create a tailored plan to suit your needs and budget. All of the services from the Tailored Essentials plus package are available individually as well as additional sessions such as:
