Meet Jo Rowney

Years spent immersed in the global IT sector have endowed Jo Rowney with invaluable experience.

A qualified Assessor, Hiring Manager, Outplacement coach, and Associate Consultant for 4 outplacement companies, Jo has managed help desks, provided global coaching and supported thousands of employees. Founded and managed Redeployment Programmes and provided dedicated Career Support for multi-million-pound companies.

It all started twenty-five years ago when Jo had a lightbulb moment after attending Assessor Training, sparking a passion that has driven her ever since. This passion ultimately led her to establish Vale Career Consulting 5 years ago, where she now shares her practical and insightful expertise.  Today, Jo is renowned for providing clients with clear, confidence building and successful direction to achieve career goals.
