With the increasing use of AI and technology to scan CVs, it’s more important than ever to ensure your CV is not overlooked because it’s failing to meet the criteria for these advanced search engines. Jo will fully critique your CV providing comprehensive feedback, suggestions for improvement and a fabulous CV template that ensures it will be  fully compliant with AI technology.  Once your new CV is updated, a further critique will be carried out and we can then review it together to fine tune and iron out any last queries or amendments.

You will have an impressive CV that sells you quickly and effectively.    If the thought of updating your own CV is all a bit much for you, then I can produce a new draft based on your old information which we can then work on together.

Feedback and suggested Enhancement of your existing CV (£120)

  • ​I’ll create a new enhanced baseline 'AI compliant' CV to work with using your existing CV for basic information.

  • You “tweak” your new baseline CV with any missing information that’s important and relevant.

  • We review it together and fine-tune it until you have a fabulous 'master' CV.

  • I share with you the reasons why your CV should be the way it is explain how to create key elements throughout.

Creation of a new CV from scratch (£150)

  • ​I’ll provide you with a questionnaire to enable you to answer all the questions I need to know to enable me to create a new and effective CV for you.

  • Then we simply follow the process above and I will create a professional and AI compliant CV for you.

  • We will review it together.
